American Indian Breads

There are many types of Indian Breads.  Here are just a few of their recipes.
Some of them are an acquired taste (such as Banaha) others are good to go for most of us.  Banaha is boiled cornmeal wrapped in corn shucks, not unlike tamales but very different in flavor.  Those who cook it add what they want to affect the flavor to go with the meal they are creating.  Cooked chicken or beef, cut small, can also be added.
